The challenge was not explaining the cryptography, it was making the market understand why post-quantum readiness matters now and giving Tectonic a credible right to lead the conversation. The company had deep technology and low recognition, and the category itself did not yet have a settled language or a clear convener.
Brand and category architecture
Built the brand vocabulary and category architecture across the Layer 1, the wallet, the audits, validators, and a developer program, and set the market thesis that post-quantum migration is an operational transition, not a research topic.
A repeatable PR and KOL engine
Ran a repeatable PR engine across product, funding, and advisor announcements, developed executive thought leadership, and built a KOL and ecosystem amplification strategy to carry the message.
An event-led visibility program
Designed the post-quantum wallet launch model and ran an event-led program anchored by a Quantum Summit at ETHDenver that made Tectonic the convener of the post-quantum Web3 conversation.
questions, answered
We ran the full go-to-market over five months: brand and category architecture across the Layer 1, wallet, and audits, a repeatable PR engine, executive thought leadership, a KOL and ecosystem strategy, and an event-led program anchored by a Quantum Summit at ETHDenver. Results included more than 10 events across ETHDenver, DC Blockchain Week, Digital Asset Summit, EthCC Cannes, and Consensus, over 3 million brand and event impressions, 525,901 X impressions and 46,611 X engagements in the reporting window, LinkedIn up roughly 53 percent, and the QFellows community growing from 124 to 539 members.
