CASE STUDY / KEYSTATE
a model designed first, so the story is earned
off-chain activity to on-chain capital
designed before the narrative
a narrative that holds up
Keystate had to survive investor, operator, and builder scrutiny at once. A multi-actor real-world asset platform needs a mechanism that holds up before it needs a story, and the story has to be true to the mechanism.
Design the incentives first
Designed the incentive structure across LPs, borrowers, operators, and treasury, and built a liquidity pool model with clear economics.
A staged execution sequence
Set an execution sequence where microcredit activity can validate the engine early while real estate scales as operations mature.
Translate it into plain truths
Translated a multi-actor setup into simple truths, who funds what, who earns what, what risks exist, what controls exist, and what happens under stress, and supported the whitepaper to its conclusion.
questions, answered
This is advisory and architecture work. We designed the incentive structure and liquidity model, set a staged execution sequence, and supported the whitepaper, so the result is a model that can be underwritten, a roadmap that can be built, and an investor narrative that holds up in diligence. The proof is the coherence of the system, not a campaign metric.
